CHARLES AVERY AIKEN (1872-1965) was the director of the Allied Artists of America from 1958, Charles Aiken oversaw this exhibition cooperative in New York City and was also a landscape and portrait painter, muralist, and graphic artist. (bio courtesy askart.com)

This is an original oil painting on canvas entitled, "Still Life with Flowers". This piece is undated but signed at the bottom right corner of the painting. The stretched canvas measures 25"x 30" and has been framed to an overall size of 31.5" x 36.5" . There is minor wear to the frame and edge of the canvas but, otherwise, this piece is in excellent condtion.
