JOHN ROMITA, JR. (b. 1956) is, of course, the son of legendary Spider-Man artist John Romita Sr. His first published work was a 6-page back-up story in Spider-Man Annual #4, and since then he had pencilled hundreds of pages of comics, mostly for Marvel, including Iron Man, X-Men, Spider-Man, Daredevil, Punisher, and more.

This is the original cover art for The Amazing Spider-Man #215, published by Marvel in from 1981. The cover was inked by Al Milgrom and is excellent condition, with an image area of 9.75" x 15".
