FRANK MILLER (1898-1949) started out working for the Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News. In 1936 he went over to King Features Syndicate, creating Barney Baxter. In 1942 he left the strip to Bob Naylor and joined the US Coast Guard, but in 1948 King Features Syndicate convinced Miller to resume his feature for awhile. He died suddenly of a heart attack in 1949.

This is the original art to an Barney Baxter comic strip daily dated 11-2-42. This piece is in very good condition with moderate overall aging. It has an image area of 20" x 5".
