very good - 96 page count complete. Supple light tan interior pages. 1" tear from the bottom of the chip at the top of the spine onto the back cover. 3/4" tear from the spine to the back cover. 1.25" tear along the bottom of the spine on the back cover side. Last eight interior pages "popped" throught the single center staple, but still firmly held in place by the glue. Check scans for other apparent cover and spine defects.
