Click on the image to enlarge | VECKANS AVENTYR was a long-running Swedish science fiction/comics/pulp magazine originally titled JULES VERNE MAGASINET, published from 1940-47. The magazine features reprints of American pulps and comics, often with aviation-themed covers. The comics were limited to a few b/w pages at the back of each issue, and color inside front, inside back, and back covers. These are extremely rare, especially in high grade. This is a copy of Veckans Aventyr Vol. 4 #32, published in 1943, and features a very early reprint of Superman (titled "Stalmannen") on the inside front and inside back covers. Also featured are Popeye, Blue Beetle, Jungle Jim, and Barney Baxter. Please note that the magazine is entirely in Swedish. Condition is a solid VG, with moderate overall wear.
